Bud Montang – Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Montang has been engaged in corporate finance and development for over 15 years. As an experienced finance and operations professional he has held a variety of key accounting and finance roles from financial analysis to Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and controller. He has also served as an advisor to senior teams on all aspects of corporate strategy development and execution.

As a strategic business partner, his background in Mergers and Acquisitions, Strategic Planning, Forecasting & Analysis, and Budgeting provides strong contributions to RTH’s overall growth planning and execution. Mr. Montang’s experience in early stage funding and IPO execution also provides leadership in the funding and growth of RTH. Having lead or participated in 14 acquisitions and raised nearly $1billion in the capital markets. Mr. Montang provides an expansive level of expertise and leadership for RTH.

Mr. Montang holds both a Bachelor’s degree as well as an MBA from the Iowa State University School of Business. He is a veteran of the US Air Force.
